Our Beginning

We started the business because we thought there was a great opportunity to get away from the outdated traditions of residential property management and rethink how we provide this service to freeholders and residents where homes share common areas.

We found that customer service is often poor, information is not available and customers feel disempowered, confused and unconnected from their development.

We believe in an alternative to this residential property management of the past. We’re focused on solving problems, we challenge the status quo and we build our business with our customers.
