My vision is to revolutionise the way in which all customers receive residential property management services.

I have worked in the industry for over 9 years, holding senior finance positions for the largest residential property managing agent in the UK.

My teams were responsible for producing and analysing 1,000’s of service charge accounts for residential real estate spanning the entire country.

I am a Business Management graduate, a Professional Management Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

I am also a Residential Management Company Director possessing real life experience from both the perspective of a Managing Agent and a Customer.

I blend all of these skills and experiences together to create Property Black Box and change property management for the better.

I have an extensive background in the technology industry spanning two decades.

I have successfully lead numerous projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to multi-million-pound endeavours, collaborating with major industry leaders such as ION Trading and HSBC in banking, and Global in Radio and Outdoor Advertising.

I have a relentless focus on the pursuit of innovation and customer value, a visionary leader with a deep-rooted passion for leveraging technology to drive real change.

My expertise lies in crafting products and services that resonate with customers; things that make our lives simpler and easier.

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to transform the way technology is used in property management.

FINANCE DIRECTOR

A seasoned senior manager with extensive experience across multiple business sectors, I have developed a passion for embracing best practices and driving results.

My experience within property management covered eight years working with the largest residential property managing agent in the UK.

I am a qualified Accountant (FCMA) and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM).

Looking after the homes of our customers in an efficient and seamless way is of paramount importance towards enabling worry-free enjoyment.

I am excited to bring my expertise to Property Black Box and help drive great customer service.
